Train to Yosemite

Bob and I leave tomorrow on the train to hike Yosemite!  I am so excited as we have not been there for a few years.  Our first big backpacking trip on the Pacific Crest Trail ended in Yosemite Valley in 1999.  We hiked from Donner Pass to Yosemite Valley in 19 days completing 240 miles. 

Since I used to hike Yosemite with my Dad and sisters, it is a very special place with lots of good memories.

This trip we will start at Glacier Point and hike above the valley to Little Yosemite and beyond.
